Train the Game. Develop the Athlete.

Individualized soccer training built around the player, as a whole. Sessions combine technical development, decision-making, confidence, movement, and the small details that help players become more comfortable and capable in their game.

What can we work on?

First touch

Passing + receiving

Finishing

Confidence on the ball

Decision-making

Movement

Speed + agility

Strength + power

Communication

Game-realistic application

The work depends on the player. We build from where they are and what they need.

Two spaces. Same purpose.

Where we train may change. The intention behind the work doesn’t.

TRAIN IN THE GARAGE

The garage is where the technical foundation is built. It’s a space focused on technical mastery, repetition, and the small details that make a big difference. We can dial into first touch, ball control, and the specific mechanics of the game.

NO EXCUSES. TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED. YEAR ROUND.

TRAIN OUTDOORS

Outdoor sessions all more space and more game-realistic application. We utilize the space for game-realistic movement, speed, agility, and finishing. These sessions allow players to apply their technical skills in a larger environment, focusing on athleticism and decision-making at speed.

SOCCER TRAINING

Training built around the player.

Every player is different. Training is shaped around the athlete’s age, experience, position, goals, and what they need most in their game right now. Sessions are challenging and intentional, while still creating space for players to make mistakes, ask questions, compete, and grow.

PRIVATE TRAINING

“Individualized sessions designed around one player’s game. Technical work can include passing, receiving, first touch, finishing, movement, confidence on the ball, and applying those skills in game-like situations.”

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

“Train alongside a small group of players while developing technique, decision-making, communication, competition, and confidence in a more dynamic environment.”

CAMPS + CLINICS

Looking to bring a group together?

Small-group camps, clinics, team sessions, and special training opportunities may be available throughout the year. If you’re interested in organizing something for your players, team, or group, reach out and tell me what you have in mind.

COMMUNITY

THE GARAGE CREW

IMG_0249.jpg

What started as an early-morning garage workout became something I really value: a group of people showing up, working hard, and doing it together. Garage Crew is part of the ATHLETEHOOD community, but it is not currently offered as a bookable training service.

The Moments Between the Drills

“Some of the most important coaching moments happen between the drills. How a player responds to a mistake. What they say to themselves. Whether they ask a question, try again, communicate, or take a risk. Those moments matter too. Training the game and developing the person don’t have to be separate.”
