A mentor in your corner, beyond the game.

There are parts of being an athlete that don't always get coached. Confidence. Pressure. Mistakes. Playing time. Comparison. Big decisions. And sometimes, you just need someone who gets it.

Individual mentorship gives athletes a space to talk through those parts of the journey with someone who's been there.

What Sessions Can Look Like

Some sessions might start with something that happened in a game. Others might have nothing to do with the game at all. We talk, reflect, ask questions and work through whatever feels important in that moment.

The goal isn't to give athletes all the answers. It's to help them understand themselves, find their voice and become more confident navigating what's in front of them.

What Individual Mentorship Is

Individual mentorship is a space for the athlete. A place to talk honestly about what's going well, what's hard, what they're working toward, and everything that can come with being an athlete.

I'm not there to tell an athlete exactly who to be or what to do. I'm there to ask questions, share perspective, challenge them when they need it, and help them learn more about themselves along the way.

Who It’s For

For athletes who want someone in their corner as they navigate the highs, lows and everything in between. Maybe confidence has taken a hit. Playing time has changed. Pressure is building. They're comparing themselves to everyone around them. Or maybe things are going great and they simply want to keep growing.

There doesn't have to be a problem to benefit from having a mentor.

What We Can Work Through

Confidence + Self-Belief

Mistakes + Setbacks

Playing Time + Changing Roles

Goals + Motivation

Leadership + Communication

The Value of Ongoing Mentorship

Growth doesn't happen in one conversation. The real value is in having someone who gets to know the athlete over time: their goals, patterns, challenges, wins and the things they're still figuring out.

That relationship creates a space where athletes can be honest, ask questions, celebrate growth, work through hard moments and keep becoming more confident in who they are — both as an athlete and as a person.
