ATHLETEHOOD

Built for sport. Prepared for life.

Helping young athletes develop their game, understand themselves, and build skills that reach far beyond the field.

There’s more to being an athlete than playing the game

The game teaches so much more than what happens with the ball. Athletes learn how to handle pressure, respond to mistakes, communicate, compete, lead, and believe in themselves. ATHLETEHOOD is about developing those parts of the athlete too, because who you become through sport matters just as much as the player you become.

PATHWAYS TO GROWTH

SOCCER TRAINING

Develop the player.

Individual and small-group training built around technical development, confidence, decision-making, and helping each player grow in their own game.

MENTORSHIP

Develop the person behind the player.

Mentorship designed to help young athletes better understand themselves, build confidence, navigate pressure, and develop tools they can carry with them in sport and in life.

HOW We groW
A simple philosophy that connects everything we do.

NOTICE

Pay attention to what’s happening.
What are you thinking? What are you feeling? How are you responding? Growth starts with learning to notice yourself.

OWN

Recognize what’s yours.
Your effort. Your response. Your choices. Your voice. You can't control everything around you, but you can learn to take ownership of what belongs to you.

GROW

Use what you learn.
Take what you notice, own what you can, and keep moving forward. Growth isn't about getting everything right. It's about becoming more aware, more confident, and more equipped for whatever comes next.

“I’ve always cared about developing the player. But the older I’ve gotten, the more I’ve realized how much I care about the person she’s becoming too.”

SABRINA FLORES — FOUNDER, ATHLETEHOOD.

You don’t have to have all the answers.

Growing up in sports comes with a lot. Confidence, pressure, mistakes, comparison, changing roles, big goals, hard days and everything in between.

Athletes don’t need someone to solve all of it for them. Sometimes they need a space to talk, reflect, ask questions and learn how to navigate it for themselves.

That’s where mentorship can make a difference.
